On the afternoon of August 7, 2025, the inaugural meeting of the Party Branch Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Beijing Grandwin Law Firm was convened. Han Qiang, Member of the Party Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Industry and Vice President of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, and Chen Shengmin, full-time Party affairs worker of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was presided over by Jian GUAN, Secretary of the Party Branch of Grandwin Law Firm.

The meeting opened solemnly with the playing of The Internationale. Vice President Han Qiang read out the official reply of the Party Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Industry to the Application for the Establishment of the Party Branch Committee of the CPC Beijing Grandwin Law Firm. Upon deliberation and decision by the Party Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Industry, the Party Branch Committee of the CPC Beijing Grandwin Law Firm was officially established on April 11, 2025.

Jian GUAN, Secretary of the Party Branch, briefed the participants on the development of Grandwin Law Firm and the basic information of the Party Branch. He stated that the Branch would carry out its work in three aspects: first, strengthening political guidance and thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; second, consolidating the organizational foundation and strictly implementing the system of "Three Meetings and One Class"; third, promoting in-depth integration of Party building and professional practice.

Han Qiang, Member of the Party Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Industry and Vice President of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, delivered a guiding speech. He congratulated the establishment of the Party Branch Committee of the CPC Beijing Grandwin Law Firm and noted that the day marked a highly significant new chapter for Grandwin. He stressed the need to uphold Party building to drive the development of the law firm, and firm development to strengthen Party building, with Party building as the guide to actively expand business and promote the growth of the firm.

Chen Shengmin, full-time Party affairs worker of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, also addressed the meeting, offering guidance on the operation of the Party Branch. He urged in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the Eight-Point Central Regulation, full coverage of Party organizations and Party work, commitment to the goal of "being good lawyers for the Party and the people", firm ideals and convictions, and full play of the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.

The establishment of the Party Branch Committee of the CPC Beijing Grandwin Law Firm marks a new chapter in the development of Grandwin Law Firm. Going forward, Grandwin will further strengthen the development of its Party Branch, earnestly fulfill social responsibilities, advance the deep integration of Party building and legal practice, and contribute to the development of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
