Jian GUAN, Managing Partner of Grandwin Law Firm, has been included in the The A-List 2025-26: Visionaries by China Business Law Journal, marking the eighth consecutive year he has appeared on the list.

Dr. Jian GUAN serves on the WIPO Independent Oversight Advisory Committee and has over 20 years of experience in international trade and investment law. He has represented the Chinese government in multiple WTO dispute settlement cases, participated in bilateral and regional trade and investment agreement negotiations, and represented Chinese enterprises and trade associations in trade friction and compliance matters, including anti-dumping and countervailing investigations, U.S. Section 301 and Special 301 investigations, WTO compliance reviews, and export control and sanctions compliance. He has published more than 20 articles in leading domestic and international journals.
