She closely monitors and delves into the legislative changes and implementation status of major economies such as the United States and the European Union. In responding to these emerging regulations, Tong has demonstrated exceptional practical capabilities, successfully leading or deeply participating in multiple European Commission investigations under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, while also handling numerous supply chain compliance matters for enterprises affected by the EU Deforestation Regulation. She has also been deeply involved in supply chain compliance challenges arising from the U.S. Xinjiang-related legislation, providing precise legal services to numerous companies. In addition, Tong has repeatedly provided international trade legal advisory services to China's Ministry of Commerce, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, various trade associations, and corporate clients, earning high recognition and trust for her professional knowledge and rigorous thinking, and contributing to aligning China's trade legal practice with international standards. At the same time, Tong has actively delivered lectures for local governments and trade associations in Shandong and Zhejiang, helping local enterprises enhance their capabilities to address international trade risks. She has also taught in the Foreign-Related Lawyers Program at Jilin University Law School, imparting practical skills and cultivating students' international perspectives and practical competencies.
