On October 29, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China announced the results of the 2024 tender for its Panel of Law Firms. Beijing Grandwin Law Firm was selected for four sub-panels of domestic law firms: WTO and Regional Trade Agreement Dispute Resolution, Trade Remedy Matters, Trade Barrier Matters, and International Investment Legal Affairs. The Ministry of Commerce’s Panel of Law Firms undergoes a tender process every three years to select law firms worldwide. Firms included in the panel will become candidates for government procurement projects of the Ministry of Commerce, providing relevant legal services to the Chinese government over the next three years.
