Attorney Zhao Huiyang graduated from the Institute of World Trade at the University of Bern in Switzerland with a specialization in Advanced Investment and Trade Law, and possesses a multidisciplinary background in law and accounting. Since joining Grandwin, Attorney Zhao Huiyang has participated in numerous cases involving Chinese companies defending against anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations in Europe, the United States, and other countries, as well as cases involving Chinese companies defending against investigations related to the Xinjiang-related legislation. His practice areas also include international investment and financial law, among other related matters.
