Personal Profile
Huang graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Laws degree, majoring in International Economic and Trade Rules, and later obtained an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the World Trade Institute of the University of Bern. Huang’s practice focuses on WTO and international trade law. Huang has assisted the Chinese Government in responding to trade remedy investigations initiated by the EU, the United States and Canada, mainly involving steel, tyres and other products. Huang has also assisted the Chinese Government in responding to U.S. Section 232 and Section 301 investigations.
