Yu TIAN holds a Juris Master (Foreign-Related Legal Practice Program) from Jilin University and an LL.M. from University of Bristol, with solid academic training in both Chinese and international legal systems.

After joining Grandwin Law Firm, Yu Tian has focused on WTO law and international trade remedy practice, particularly anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations. Yu TIAN has participated in multiple trade remedy proceedings initiated by authorities including the European Commission, South Korea, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Canada Border Services Agency, providing legal support in investigation responses, legal analysis, and trade compliance advice.
