She has long been engaged in legal services in areas such as corporate legal advisory, civil and commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, labor law, and criminal defense. Partner NIE specializes particularly in litigation and non-litigation matters related to intellectual property, as well as the resolution of major civil and commercial disputes. Additionally, as a lead attorney,she has successively provided ongoing and special legal advisory services to several well-known enterprises and individual clients.

Civil and Commercial Dispute Cases
- Represented Zhang, Deng, and others in multiple motor vehicle traffic accident liability dispute cases, securing satisfactory compensation amounts for the clients.
- Represented Chen in a divorce dispute case, using litigation to facilitate a settlement between the opposing party and the client, ultimately completing the divorce registration through an agreement.
- Represented Zhang, Yu, Zhou, and others in multiple private lending dispute cases, all of which resulted in favorable judgments, with full recovery of amounts in most cases.
- Represented Liu and Liu in a series of housing lease contract dispute cases, all achieving favorable outcomes.
- Represented Feng in a series of cases against Li for online tort liability disputes (involving infringement of reputation rights,肖像权, privacy rights, etc.).
- Represented Cheng in defending against Li’s lawsuit for infringement of reputation rights, successfully reducing the client’s losses by over 95%.
- Represented a Shanghai technology trading company in a sales contract dispute case against two shareholders of a Beijing company, winning the case and enforcing the judgment (the defendant company had been dissolved, so the shareholders were sued).
- Represented Wang in an enforcement objection dispute case against a Beijing company, successfully adding the company’s shareholder as the enforcement debtor and recovering the enforcement amount for the client.
- Represented 64 property owners in lawsuits against a developer in pre-sale housing contract disputes, all resulting in favorable judgments.
- Represented a technology company in defending against Chen’s labor dispute case regarding equity incentives, successfully having Chen’s claims dismissed and saving the client millions in losses.

- Represented Leishi Company in handling a music copyright dispute with Yuanquan Company, achieving a win-win outcome through negotiation and settlement.
- Represented client Zhihengda Technology in responding to Dazu Company’s lawsuit for bid-rigging and unfair competition, obtaining a favorable judgment where all of the opposing party’s claims were dismissed by the court.
- Represented a technology company in a computer software development contract dispute case, which was listed by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court as one of the top ten typical cases in this category.

- Represented He and over ten other workers in labor dispute cases against a Beijing cultural company for unpaid double wages due to lack of written labor contract.
- Represented Li and five other workers in labor dispute cases against a Hangzhou technology company for compensation related to wrongful termination.
- Represented a Shenzhen technology company in defending against labor dispute cases brought by over ten workers concerning year-end bonuses.
- Represented a Shenzhen company in a non-compete labor dispute case against Shi.
