Ms. Li Xibei graduated from the Experimental Class for International Legal Talents at the School of International Law, China University of Political Science and Law, and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, with a concentration in WTO and International Trade Law. After joining Grandwin, Ms. Li participated in multiple cases assisting Chinese companies in responding to antidumping and countervailing duty investigations initiated by the European Union, the United States, and other countries. She also took part in matters involving the Chinese government’s responses to U.S. Section 232 investigations and countervailing duty investigations. Her practice areas further include matters relating to export controls and economic sanctions.
